THRIVE Life Program

Are you ready to THRIVE? Join me and a small group of women just like you who are ready to light this world on fire!

This program is for the woman who is grinding away through the day, struggling to meet the needs and expectations of others and sacrificing her health, time, energy and dreams for everyone else. This woman may not even know who she is anymore … or she knows who she is and what she wants but can’t quite figure out how to make it all happen because old thought patterns, beliefs and behaviors are getting in the way. SHE IS SICK OF TIME PASSING HER BY! She is READY for CHANGE!

THRIVE is also for the woman who feels a calling in her soul… she is on the edge of a transformation or treading water in a transition and she wants to move through it with gentle force and purpose. She wants to start that business. She wants to let go of the “stuff” that has been holding her back. She may want to reinvest in a relationship, leave a relationship, or has just left one … her kids may have left the nest, she may have experienced loss, REGARDLESS of how she got HERE she is ready to go THERE –> She is ready to create a new, powerful version of herself.

This woman may be lost or disconnected … She may avoid decisions she knows she needs to make. She may procrastinate on taking action or is frozen because of perfectionism. She may feel uninspired because she isn’t clear on what the heck she truly wants. THRIVE Life is for you too!

THRIVE Life …. She will start each day calmly, with clear intention on how she wants the day to unfold and how she wants to feel. She will have her days planned to meet her needs and values and will have tools and strategies in place to protect her sanity, energy and progress. She will be living aligned with her purpose. She will be building her business with confidence. She will be protecting her boundaries in relationships with ease. She will be grounded and in touch with her inner wisdom. She will be THRIVING!

COVID has been a chance for many of us to reflect on our lives and many of us are discovering how we were thinking, living, and acting isn’t exactly in our highest good – and not what we imagined our best lives to look and feel like. Relationships have ended or changed, careers have shifted, callings have gotten louder and our desire for more is percolating … THRIVE Life is all about crafting YOUR ideal life. But first, we need to address what is happening in your head and heart.

THRIVE Life is an online program with LIVE calls (cause COVID) and I welcome people from all over the world to join me on this journey. Space is limited because of the nature of the program and my desire to support each participant.
